Our rejection policy is designed to keep the client and the provider of service from passing work between them without improving one or the others needs. This saves time and improves the quality of work from Thought Clump.

The client is allowed to reject any work or project no more than three times. After, or even before, a project or work has been declined by the client reavluation is more than welcome. Pay, deadlines, and quality issues will all be thouroughly discussed in a reavaluation.
